July 11: 6-9 pm
- 6 pm: Mingling and seating
- 6:30 pm: Festivities begin
- 6:30-8 pm: Supper service
- 7-9 pm: Live music & dancing
- 8:45 pm: Closing celebration & awards

$25 per seat
$200 per table of 8
- Includes: Seat at a table of 8 and dinner
- Menu: Pulled pork with fixings, seasonal sides and bottled water
- Alcoholic beverages: Option to bring own beer/wine
- Additional food: Store-bought or restaurant food items allowed

We encourage walking, biking or golf carts if you’re nearby. Parking is available on nearby residential streets.
